I meant to write a proper thank you card but haven't had a chance to do so yet so I thought I'd send a quick e-mail to thank you for everything at the wedding.  My guests are still raving about the food, the service, the presentation...literally everything that West Bay Gourmet did!  They were especially impressed with the food and I have been told by several guests that the meal they had was the BEST food they'd ever had at a wedding.  That comment even came from some very critical foodies!  I can't disagree with them and only wish I had more room after the delicious dinner to try every dessert in the buffet!  Many guests also commented on the wonderful staff- they were professional, attentive, and fun.  Someone was always checking in on us to make sure we had everything we needed and there were several occasions where staffers were seen dancing while pouring drinks and clearing tables which only added to the overall joy of the event!  I really couldn't be happier-the wedding was absolutely perfect and I owe you a huge thanks for helping to make that happen. Peter and I are just back from a few days away and we wanted to write to say thank you for your seamless/delicious execution of our wedding last Friday.  You thought of everything we did and didn't think about, and every time I had a question it seemed you were already on your way over to answer it.  And then there was the food . . . hands down the pumpkin tortelloni was a crowd favorite, but everyone generally commented on what a highlight the food was, and how delicious everything was.  Your staff couldn't have been more attentive or pleasant, and your coordination pulled everything together beautifully.  You helped to make our day better than we ever imagined it could be, and for that we will be forever grateful.
